  • Expressive Arts: writing, painting, etc.
  • And, of course, some good old-fashioned listening, discussing, problem-solving, and offering encouragement and coping skills.

Learning orientation: Even after more than 20 years of experience in the field, Michael Posner remains eager to continually add to the knowledge, resources, insight, and techniques with which he can be of service to his clients.

Finally, he wants all prospective clients to know that he not only helps people who suffer from anxiety, he himself is one of the tens of millions of Americans who have at times grappled with anxiety. So he knows what it feels like...and he also understands that—taking himself as a not-so-modest example—anxiety can happen to some of the best and nicest people!
